To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Think Legal, P.C. and its attorneys, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. The firm's total liability for claims arising from your use of the website (other than for matters where you are an engaged client of the firm under a separate engagement agreement) shall not exceed $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for the firm's professional duties to engaged clients.

Third-party content and links

The website may link to third-party websites, statutes, court rules, or agency resources. Think Legal, P.C. does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content. Following links is at your own risk.

Changes to the website

Think Legal, P.C. may modify, update, or remove content from the website at any time without notice. The firm has no obligation to maintain or update legacy content.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the website or these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This venue clause does not apply to disputes between the firm and an engaged client governed by the engagement agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.

Updates to these terms

Think Legal, P.C. may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the "last updated" date below. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
