San Diego LLC formation — local counsel, statewide California work.
Same California-licensed attorney, same flat-fee tiers, with a physical office in Sorrento Mesa for in-person consultations when they help. Serving San Diego County and statewide California.
From $995 + California state fees ($90)
Local-counsel practical, statewide-California legal
California LLC formation is California-wide work — the entity is formed under California law, the Articles file with the California Secretary of State in Sacramento, the Statement of Information goes through the same office. Geography matters less than people often think for the legal work itself.
What geography does add: an in-person consultation when the matter is complex enough to benefit from one, familiarity with San Diego County banking and SBA-lending patterns, and a real local presence rather than a P.O. box.
Where we are
7220 Trade Street, Suite 101, San Diego, CA 92121. Sorrento Mesa — between UTC and Mira Mesa. Standard office hours Monday–Friday 9–5 PT. Discovery calls and consultations can be in-person or by video; we don't push one over the other unless a specific matter benefits from in-person.
San Diego County areas we serve
Statewide California, with regular work for small business owners in: La Jolla, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Rancho Santa Fe, Escondido, El Cajon, La Mesa, Chula Vista, Coronado, North Park, Hillcrest, Mission Valley, Pacific Beach, and the rest of the county.
Out-of-county California businesses are welcome — most engagements run by video and email. The Sorrento Mesa office is available for in-person work when it adds value.
Same packages, statewide application
The three formation tiers (F1 $995, F2 $1,995, F3 $3,495) apply identically whether you're forming in San Diego, Los Angeles, the Bay Area, or anywhere else in California. State filing fees ($90 baseline) are the same statewide. The $800 California FTB franchise tax applies statewide.
If you're a non-California resident forming a California LLC for California operations, the formation is the same. If you're a California resident with operations primarily outside California, we'll talk through whether a California LLC or an out-of-state LLC qualified to do business in California is the right structure.
